UWS Paisley Campus,
Join fellow students on our led wellbeing cycle rides - a great way to connect with the UWS community while enjoying the fun, fitness, friendship, and freedom that cycling brings: UWS Wellbeing Sharepoint
The rides will take place on two of our campuses. We’re lucky to have fleets of bikes available to borrow at both our Ayr and Paisley campuses, with safe, scenic cycle routes right nearby. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just curious to give it a go, there's a place for you on our rides.
🚴 What are the rides all about?
Our led rides are relaxed, easy-going group cycles designed to help you enjoy the local ride opportunities, meet new people, and take a break from your day. Each ride lasts around 45 minutes, with a short stop at the halfway point.
🚲 Can I borrow a bike?
Absolutely! We provide free bikes and helmets for all participants, thanks to our Residences Brodies bike fleet.
👥 Who can take part?
All UWS students and staff are welcome!
🗺️ What’s the route like?
It's on a National Cycle Network path, offering smooth, traffic-free tarmac routes that are perfect for a relaxed ride.
